Kevin has helped lead the leasing of some of the country’s highest-performing shopping destinations – Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square, and Bellevue Place. With over 5.5 million square feet of space, these 3 locations include upscale retail, fine dining, entertainment, hotel, and office space.

For Kevin, EVERYTHING starts with relationships. His national tenant and landlord relationships span the entire U.S. and is a strength he has been focused on since he started in sales 28 years ago. Kevin offers each one of his clients with the insights and power of the relationships he’s formed coupled with local and regional knowledge.
